Bamboo rafting among uninhabited river islets

Kuruva Island, or Kuruvadweep, is a protected cluster of small, uninhabited islets in the Kabini river, covered in dense forest. Visitors cross the water on bamboo rafts and walk through the shaded forest paths between the islets, past streams and clear shallow pools.
The island is calm and green and home to many birds and butterflies, and the number of visitors is kept limited to protect the forest.
See it as part of a planned itinerary with transport, stay and a trip coordinator.
